Peanut butter and Banana popsicles

The perfect combination of banana and peanut butter these popsicles are so delicious and loved by both kids and adults. They are guilt free and is protein rich too.

If you have bananas sitting and you have no idea what to do with them then these are perfect. My family enjoyed them. You can make it plain if you don't want to add chocolate on top, but trust me with chocolate it makes it luxurious and extra tasty.

I have made many popsicles but this was is definitely my most favourite one. What's not to like about banana and peanut butter!

  Peanut butter and Banana popsicles
Peanut butter and Banana popsicles
Prep Time: Under 30 mins
Servings: Makes 8 popsicles
INGREDIENTS
    • 4 medium orgainc bananas
    • 200 grams Greek yogurt
    • 2 tbsp honey 
    • 250 ml almond milk (or any other nut milk of choice)
    • 2 tbsp organic smooth peanut butter

    To decorate -

    • 200 grams melted chocolate
    • 2 tbsp crushed peanuts
instructions
    1. Add all the ingredients into the food processor and blend until all combined.
    2. Pour into popsicle mould and let it set for 4 to 5 hours
    3. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or place a saucepan with water, then place a heat proof bowl over it and add the chocolate to the bowl and let it melt slowly.
    4. Once the popsicles have set, decorate with melted chocolate over it, sprinkle some crushed peanuts too. Enjoy!

    Can be placed in a freezer safe bowl for over a week, but I bet they won't last until then :)
