The only added extra sugar is in dark chocolate chips which can be avoided if don’t want any sugar at all, but who doesn’t like that extra chocolate chips in cookies.

I baked these beauties chilly afternoon to keep my little boy busy, it hardly took couple of minutes to get it ready and the only time consuming part is the baking :)

Prep Time: Under 10 mins preparation, 20 mins baking
Servings: Makes appox 15 cookies
INGREDIENTS
instructions
    1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degree Celsius. Line a parchment paper on a baking sheet.
    2. Using a stand mixer or a wooden spoon, beat the butter and sugar until nicely combined, for two mins.
    3. Add the egg and mix well.
    4. Add the oats, pumpkin spice, flour and mix until combined. Don’t beat the mixture too much.
    5. Now add the chopped walnuts and chopped dark chocolate chunks, mix well.
    6. Take about a tablespoon of the mixture by hand and pat it down using your fingers on the tray. Bake in pre-heated oven for 18 to 20 minutes. Keep an eye out, each oven heat may vary.
    7. Remove from the heat and let it cool on the wire rack and enjoy!
